Can't connect to a remote host

FrontPage, I enter the site address and click open.
Before it will connect I get error messages, also when I
use 'Add a Network Connection' I get another error
message..

I can connect to the remote host from the computer at my
home. And I can connect to the old site from my office,
but I just can't connect to the new site. I thought it
might be a network problem, but if that was the case, I
would probably not be able to connect to either site from
my office.

Any ideas?

i havent used frontpage in a while, but i remember back in
the day i had the same error messages, it was all solved
as soon as i setup and configured front page extensions,
is fpse setup on that web?
