Turn off any software firewalls and ICF on the computers
and see if that works.
Check that you have not entered something in the
Security/MAC screen of the router (if you don't remember,
probably you didn't).
Otherwise, concentrate on the Wireless and
Security/Wireless screens of the router and the
configuration of the wifi card.
It is easier to disable WEP initially, and turn it once
everything else works. Make sure router and card use the
same SSID and channel (and later WEP key, key length, and
key type). The TCP/IP settings for the wifi card should be
set to obtain an IP and DNS from the server (or assign IP
192.168.2.2 -- or something in the 192.168.2.x --, mask
255.255.255.0, DNS and gateway 192.168.2.1).
