Can't connect Dell 1450 to Westell 327W

I'm using a Westell Versalink 327W provided by Verizon as my DS
Modem/Router. It works fine with wired connections to my 3 computer
and also works with a D-Link PCI wireless card installed in one.
recently purchased a Dell 9300 Notebook Computer that has a Dell 145
a/b/g wireless card but it won't connect to the Westell Router. If
use a wire the computer will connect OK, but not when I try to use i
wireless. I've been bouncing back and forth between Dell and Verizo
and I'm going nowhere. Help
