cant configure base station

i need help with setting up my base station. i use the
easy wizard setup but after i get it all connection and
it goes to configure it it says that it cannot configure
base station. ive tried everything from shutting down all
firewalls disabling norton. restarting the computer. any
other suggestions why it wont configure? and how would i
fix it?
