cant boot after win update...

Hi ,
after doing win update this morning machine gets win gen
prot fault at boot. In step by step, it happens after
trying to load " vserver.vxd". Have tried re-applying
q273991 update and still no go. It ewill boot in safe
mode...help..help...

Boot into safe mode and go into the control panel. open install/uninstall
programs, click on windows setup tab, click on communications and
uninstall dial up networking. Reboot and then reinstall dial up networking.
