Can't Add H323 Functionality

Per information I found trying to fix a routing issue on our RRAS server, MS
KB 838834 says I should run the following command to enable H323
functionality.

netsh routing ip nat add h323

However when I do, I get the following error:

"The following command was not found: routing ip nat add h323"

I tried search on this error and found nothing. The article seems to imply
this is the solution and that it should work on our Windows 2003 Standard
server. Does anyone have any ideas why this wouldn't work or if there is a
workaround?

Thanks!

Brian
