Can't access specific websites?

Hi all,
I am at my wits end and need some help...last night I noticed my
Belkin router was froze so I rebooted. For some reason today, I can no
longer access two specific websites: cbs.sportsline.com and nfl.com.
I am in the Cincinnati area. I reset my router back to factory
defaults, reset modem, etc. I thought it might have been IE7 so I
uninstalled that. Nothing. When I ping 64.30.236.34 and .35
(cbs.sportsline.com and nfl.com) I get request timed out. When I ping
yahoo.com, I get replies. I am having this issue with both my desktop
hard wired into the router and with my laptop that is wireless.

I have tried everything...clearing cookies, flushing dns, resetting
tcp/ip, etc. Should I chalk this up to a problem with my ISP
(Zoomtown?) or is there another way I can diagnose this?

If you call for support, I assume the first they'll ask you is if you
have upgraded to the newest firmware...so... have you? lol

I have a D-Link wireless router with the same problem and I do have the
latest firmware. When I connect my machine directly to the cable modem,
I can access any site with no problem. When I go through the router -
either
wirelessly or wired in directly - I can't access some sites. The router's
firewall
is off and all filtering is off. I can't understand it.
