Can't access network drives

I just created a new 2003 domain and migrated all the computers to it from
an old NT4 domain. Almost every day someone in the office has a problem
accessing network drives on the server. If they log off and back on they
can access the drives.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Are the clients with win 98 OS ?
