Does anyone know whether bt is using transparent cache for their broadband
customers - I'm trying to find out why I can't access a dynamic web-site via
bt broadband ( and also difficulty via freeserve narrowband) - or whether
its a hosting/design issue.

BT OpenWorld appears to do so. We get different results depending at
what point we connect from our (countrywide) WAN into their ADSL network.

So if I update my website today, typing the same url at different points in
the country
may give different versions ... mmm a little proprietary don't you think?
