Use "net share" command on the shared computer to check share status. If there is not a share named "IPC$" in the share list, use "net share ipc$" command to create it.

We recently upgraded to 2003 on one of our DCs. We have three SNAP servers
which people had mapped drives to. Now the mapping no longer works and when
log in as an admin to the SNAP server I see this message over and over, "Cant
access IPC$ on Domain Controller". Any suggestions as to whats causing the
SNAP servers not to uthenticate to the network now? Any suggestions? Is it
a permissions or security issue? Thanks!
