First of all, thanks a lot for your help, I really appreciate it.
Then, with your last message I had the confirmation that the problem was on
the DNS server. If you check on the result of IPCONFIG pasted below, the
problem is due to the missing DNS server. I compared this output with one
from the working pc and there are only 2 differences:
- I have the Server DNS
- "Risoluzione NETBIOS con DNS" = YES
So I tried to open an internet page using the ip address instead of the
domain name and it worked. I can use the e-mail too changing the smtp e pop3
servers with the equivalent ip address.
Now we discovered the problem but if I can't access to the network
properties, could I have another way to change the network configuration and
the dns servers????
