Hello,

I am having the following problem. I’m using Windows 2003 R2 (up-to-date)
server as a gateway server.
The client gets a ip address assigned by DHCP from the server. The server
has two NIC’s one connected to the internet modem and one connected with the
internal network. Also is Routing and Remote access running.

When I want to use ftp on one of my clients, I cannot connect to the remote
server, e.g. my hosting provider. When I FTP from the gateway server itself
ftp client function fine. When I connect the client computer directly to the
internet modem, I’m also able to FTP to my provider.
It’s also possible to connect to my ftp server from the internet.

So there is a problem between my client PC and the internal connection of
the gateway server.
does someone know how to solve this problem.

Regards,
Ruud
