Hi, moved over to pipex about a month ago to their 512kb service, I thought
I might as well upgrade to the 1mb service seeing as their wasn't much in
the price.

The problem I'm faced with though is the pipex site tells me that I cannot
upgrade to the 1mb service as my line is managed??

Does anyone know what I have to do to over come this problem

Thanks

Peter

I am in this same situation with an "engineer installed" ADSL with Zen.
Basically, you have to cancel your existing account, resubscribe to Home500
(or your equivalent with Pipex) the get regraded to Home1000. You will cop
for two lots of charges.

Yes. You can upgrade right now if your ISP is on the trial.
