cannot start TS session on Wind0ws 2003 anymore

since severeal time i cannot start an administrative
terminal-session on windows 2003 server. I reinstall the
terminal services again but without success.
Can anybody help ?

>Stop the terminal server service. Rename the llserve
fiel to llserve_old. Restart the terminal server service.
