cannot share folder - specified network password is not correct

I have my 2 computers networked - the host computer is on
Win2k and the other has WinME. When I try to copy a
folder into the other WinME computer, I get a mesage that
the folder cannot be shared because the specified network
password is not correct. I also cannot open the Win2k PC
on the WinME computer - I get a message asking for the
password. Neither the administrator password nor my use
password work. I added the WinME user name and password
to the Win2k computer, but that didn't work either.

File sharing is enabled on both PC's, and both are
successfully sharing an internet connection through a
cable router. The WinME can see the Win2k computer on
it's network, it just can't access it, and I can't share
anything with it.
