cannot share file from network after infected tilecomfree.com

one Win2000 Server & several XP Pro infected tilecomfree.com under the
....\system32\,

after del. it under safe mode, Server and PC cannot share file from network.
however, still can online through http/ftp.

is there any solution to fix it ? how to make it share file again ??
