On the Server go to Control Panel and double click Network Connections.
Click on Advanced and select Advanced Settings. Make sure that the Local
Area Connection for the LAN is at the top of the binding order.
Make sure that the Internet Connection Firewall is not configured on the XP
machine or either adapter on the Server. The only firewall should be the
basic firewall on the Internet connection in RRAS NAT.
If the Server is a domain controller, it must point only to itself for DNS
and the XP machine must also use it for primary DNS.
