Hi Guys,

I have a couple of workstations at home; one is used to connect to my office
network and the other I use for hosting Hyper-V images. I use remote desktop
to access the images.

I have no problem when I remote into the images unless I am connected to my
office VPN.

I thought that maybe creating a static route might work.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,

The VPN connection may change the name resolution or other configuration.
Post the result of ipconfig /all when establishing the VPN.

I know that with our Cisco VPN the profile is setup by the admins to
disconnect the workstation doing the VPN from any network access. I
can't print or connect to another system until I disconnect from VPN
and then the print jobs come out. They do it for security. Right now
I run a VM in VMWare server and use that to do the VPN connections.
