This printer has worked fine as a networked printer. the last two days we
have experienced inability to print to this printer. It responds to PING and
is found on the network. i installed a new driver from the window while
logged into the server. We have checked cable, reset network button, moved
to a different network printer. It says printing in the queue, but then it
changes to an error. It seems to give an error message then intermittently
only print. Server 2003. 1320n. I have tried to download the latest
directly from HP as opposed to it finding the driver on the local machine,
but to no avail.
How am I supposed to set this printer up to work, since it has always worked
and is set up exactly like the other identical printers, what can i do here?
