cannot ping or tracert

I have recently lost my ability to ping or tracert to the Internet. I am
connected by a wireless broadband antenna to my ISP. The antenna then
connects to my router (NetGear RT314) and then to my local network. I can
ping or tracert to any other device on my LAN, to the router, but not
outside of that.

I am trying to determine what has changed, but nothing on my LAN or router
(as far as I know).

1) Could this be an issue with my wireless broadband antenna (a
DirectPC-type antenna)?
2) Could my ISP be blocking ICMP packets somehow?

Thanks,

Don Metzler
