cannot ping some printers with teamed network

I have an unusual problem with a couple of servers that have teamed
networking using the HP Network Configuration Utility. When they have
both network cables in, it is not possible to ping some of the printers
on the server, although they are still pingable from other servers in
the domain. If I remove 1 of the network cables, all the printers are
pingable and can be printed to.

The problem is this is only affecting 2 out of about 25 different
servers, and they all seem to be configured the same?

Is it possible to reinstall the teaming network software again, and if
so, where can I download it from?
