Hi,
Which firewall are you using? What are firewall settings?
If you are using Windows Firewall then go to Control Panel and double click
on Windows Firewall icon. Here click on Advanced tab and then click on
Settings button under ICMP options. Make sure that "Allow incoming echo
request" option is selected.
