If the problem appeared a couple of days ago, might be
due to an attack going on the Internet (I'm having the
same problem sporadically). Just wait a few days and
hopefully should go away.
Otherwise, if it has been around for a while, it is a DNS
problem. Most often this is an Internet problem (a DNS
server is not responding). First, check the DNS settings
on the router (are they automatically assigned?) and on
the PC (are they automatically assigned?). You can also
start a command prompt and enter nslookup followed by the
domain name of the web site you are accessing (e.g.
microsoft.com) and see if you get errors. That would
confirm an Internet problem.
