Cannot logon to NT4 domain from win98

We have 3 win98 computers attached through a router to
NT4.0 domain. All of a sudden all 3 computers are getting
this error message when we try to logon:
"the domain password you supplied is not correct or access
to your logon server has been denied"

Everything is fine Username, Passowrd or domain. All
correct. ALso we can ping from NT server to computers and
even from computers to NT domain but cannot signon.
Please advise.

Could it be that the user account is locked up?
