If you tried to join it to the domain when you did the installation then
maybe it is misconfigured or it can not find the domain controller. A W2003
domain computer must point to a domain controller running dns with the
Active Directory domain in it's tcp/ip properties as preferred dns server
and as shown in Ipconfig /all, and never have any ISP dns servers listed.
Even so, you should be able to logon to the local computer [computer's name
shown] in the logon to box if the domain is not available. --- Steve
