Hi!

I've just installed Windows Server 2003 Entreprise Edition 32-bit and the
first time I went to log on, I received:

The specified domain does not exist or either cannot be contacted

What did you enter for the password? Check and make sure that you didn't
have Caps Lock enabled at the time when you enter the password...

If you tried to join it to the domain when you did the installation then
maybe it is misconfigured or it can not find the domain controller. A W2003
domain computer must point to a domain controller running dns with the
Active Directory domain in it's tcp/ip properties as preferred dns server
and as shown in Ipconfig /all, and never have any ISP dns servers listed.
Even so, you should be able to logon to the local computer [computer's name
shown] in the logon to box if the domain is not available. --- Steve
