Cannot join computer into domain

Hello!

There is corporate domain and joining computer is not a issue.
There are 2 dc - icent and carrier.
CEO has a home network and I cannot join his home workstation into domain.
Computer has a name SANNHOME, I want to add it to domain with name SANN-HOME
(changing name is not a problem, joining with SANNHOME name results the
same)

Network connectivity with DCs seems to be OK...
