cannot find workgroup pc's

I have a wireless network with 3 pc's they all connect to
the internet and work fine but they only show up in
workgroup computers every so often but most of the time
they are not there, when 1 does show up and i try to
access it i get error message cannot link to server on
network you may not have permission to access this network
contact administrator, Any help would be much appreciated.
