Cannot find WINS Server

We have two servers (A and B) running Windows Internet Name Service (WINS).
In the WINS snap-in in A server both WINS servers are running and accessible.
The WINS snap-in in B server indicates everything is ok with server A but
shows this message when we try to manage B server - "Cannot find WINS Server.
The Network path was not found".

I’ve tried the solutions:
..http://support.microsoft.com/kb/268749/EN-US/, but none of them resolve my
problem. I’ve already reinstalled the service.

Can anyone tell me what’s going on here?

Thanks in advance
