The problem could be caused by a bad entry in the Hosts file. To edit
the file, enter this command in the Start | Run box, making sure to
include the "." at the end of the command:
notepad C:\Windows\Hosts.
If you find a line with the name of the site that you can't access,
delete the line, save the file, and try again.
