Cannot create share Win98

I have 4 computers in my home network. Sharing works fine
on 3 of them. The problem PC will not allow me to create
any shared folders or printers. I receive this message
when I try to create a share "Windows cannot retrieve
access control list for this resource". I have file and
printer sharing enable and it's set for share level
access, not user level. Can anyone help. It's driving me
nuts. Thanks.

You can't use user-level sharing on a home network. This relies on the
presence of a Windows NT or Windows 2000 domain controller. Use share-level
access control instead.
