On the computer where the shared folder is located, the administrator
account must have both share and NTFS permissions - ie check both the
Sharing tab and the Security tab. The default share permissions on Windows
Server 2003 are Everyone - Read only. So even a domain administrator will
only have read permissions when accessing the share from the network unless
you change this.
