cannot connect to sdk pgp service

everytime I try to copy a file off our webserver I am unable to open it. It
gives above error about pgp. I dodnt have any pgp on that server. What is
causing this

As a guess, I would assume you have PGP installed on your machine, and the
file is configured to open with PGP, such as a PGP Disk or PGP Zip.

Try this.

Start :: Run :: "sc start pgpserv"

Check your task manager for a PGPServ. Failing that

Start :: Run :: "sc config pgpserv start= auto"
Start :: Run :: "sc start pgpserv"

Check your task manager for a PGPServ.

If its running - attempt to copy the files again.
