Hi, and uhm... don't laugh.. I have a Windows 95 machine (engineering never
upgrades their software!!) that can go to Network Neighborhood and double
click on ANY server and see what's shared... ACCEPT our file server!! When
it tries to do that, it says it cannot find the server.
The server shows up in Network Neighborhood, the client can ping it, the
server can ping the client.
The server does though, have DFS installed (it's a Windows 2000 server in a
2000 domain). But I'm not trying to use the DFS share, just the regular
shares.
The Windows 95 machine is a domain member.
As a shot in the dark, was just seeing if anyone had any ideas.
Thanks in advance!
