Cannot connect to BT order tracker

I am getting

Error:
The following error was encountered when attempting to run the application:

Can't find class com.bt.icm.opt.OptSummary

when I connect to the BT order tracker using link below
https://www.cs-server1.bt.com/hhway-...UM=YYYYYYYYYYY
where X = cusnumber Y = phonenumber

Anyone else have this or is it just me.

It's been doing that for 2 or 3 days.
I suspect that it was maybe never meant to be there? Anyone could
access it with just A/C number and Tel No.?

But I think that the same info is available if you (register and)

Looks like they've finally removed it (it "should" have been gone a
while ago iirc). The current tracker on BT.com requires you to enter an
order number to see things, which is a bit of a nusiance

You could try the order tracker on 0800 800 150 though... it might be
able to tell you something.

Yes it would seem so. I tried logging in but in BT fashion I ended going
round in circles and never finding what I wanted.
