Never mind my stupidity.
Problem was that the computer has 3 internal network adapters, 2 of which I
have disabled in hardware devices but Windows is to smart for it's own good
and sees those 2 ports still in other network enabled programs and my Routing
and Remote Access rule was pointing to one of the disabled ports instead of
the active one.
