cannot boot up win 98

Computer wont boot up except when is done manually and I
when I say "no" on the followin file.
c:\>c:\net start.
How can I make the computer boot up successfuly.

rem out all the lines in c:\autoexec.bat which you don't want the
machine to run.

yes , that line in autoexec.bat is not required
