I have a Cisco AP 1200 and a Cisco 350 Bridge. They can see each other
via MAC address and in both logs they show that the other unit
Disassociated with a reason of "Not Asossociated"

So my question is, how do I get the bridge and AP to associate with
each other?

The SSID and WEP keys are the same. They are currently both wired into
the same network using static IPs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using hardware address filters on your network? If so, make sure
they are present. Also reset the bridge and make sure you are tying the
correct WEP key.
Also, did you call Cisco tech support?

I'd disable WEP and get it working without encryption first. And when you
re-enable WEP, my tip is do *not* make the SSID and the WEP key the same.
Kind of defeats the purpose.
