Hi,
I cannot access shared resources on a Windows 98 machine
that is part of a domain from an XP box. It's not a
firewall issue (I can access these same resources from
other computers running XP). Running TCP/IP as the only
protocol on the entire network. The computer shows up in
the Network Places, but I get access denied when I try to
access it. I have tried read-only sharing and full
sharing. I have removed the user acccount from the domain
controller and added a new one. I have changed computer
names. Netbios over Tcp/ip is enabled on XP. I have
uninstalled tcp/ip and file and print sharing on the 98
machine and reinstalled. Help.
