cannot access my Win2k operating system from a WinXP operating system

I have set all the whole drive as shared but i cannot
seem to access the files on the win2k computer from my
wireless winxp laptop. it wont even work if they are
connected by land cables. I can access my winxp computer
from my win2k computer. Can someone help me with this

Are you running a software firewall on the Win2K machine? Anything Symantec
(Norton) or something like ZoneAlarm. If those aren't set to allow traffic
from the other LAN machines, they'll not get access.

no firwalls are presently on. only the router's firewall

The router's firewall will not block any activity within your LAN.

Are you sure you have Windows F&P sharing setup properly?
