Cannot Access Domain Workstation

I have a small Server2003 domain with XP Pro workstations. I can logon from
all computers and can access server shares, but I cannot access one
workstation and its shares. Both netdiag and dcdiag report no errors, and I
have turned off firewalls to assure that they are not creating problems. I do
not know how to proceed with diagnosing the problem, and any suggestions will
be greatly appreciated.

What do you receive if using net view \\remotepcIP? if it is system error 5, this is permission or firewall issue; if it is 53, this is connectivity issue.

If it is system error 64, it may be some things to do with the NIC. This troubleshooting may help,

Thanks Robert for your suggestions but I am still having a problem. I
switched the problem workstation's NIC. cable, and router port; and forced
all computers and the router to a fixed speed. None of these solved the
problem. I can ping the machine using both its IP address and name. I found
some KB artilces (839027 and 888319) that seem to address a similar problem
but since I am running XP-SP2 and Sever 2003-SP1, I do not think that they
apply. Do you have other suggestions as to how I should proceed?
