I have my MN-700 setup on my desktop for my home network. My laptop
recognizes the wireless network and will connect to the internet, however, it
will not connect to any secured pages or any pages where I need to sign in to
something. How can I fix this?

Do you mean sites that have an https: prefix or simply sites that require
you to log in? If it is the latter, ensure that you have enabled cookies
and that your security settings are not on "high".

Both situations. I can't log on to "my ebay" or "my yahoo" or messenger,
etc. If I go to a website and try to add something to a shopping cart, I get
the message "The page cannot be displayed" My security settings are on low
and cookies are enabled.

Are you running any third-party pop-up blockers?

After two hours on the phone with Microsoft, we were finally able to resolve
the problem. Even though I had Norton disabled on my computer, it was still
causing the problem. We had to remove Norton and all of it's components and
now I am good to go.

Be glad that you've removed the virus known as Norton <g>

You're better off without it. If you're looking for some free AV software
which is not an intrusive as Norton/Symantec, do a little search for AVG or
Avast! - both are pretty good.
