Can Windows 2003 Server DHCP be restricted to specific laptops?

Is there any way a DHCP server can be configured to provide dynamic IP
addresses ONLY to specific laptops? Perhaps, for example, by their MAC addr.

You can use reservations to achieve that, and exclude all other
addresses from the scope.

The only way to do this is to create a scope with the exact number of IP
addresses you need and them to create reservations for the laptops. If you
don't reserve an address in your scope you should make sure to exclude it.
