This can be very confusing to the technically disadvantaged :)

About 6mos ago I networked a WRT54G with a WAP54G - Windows XP
Professional to Windows XP Home and had to put the Router in "repeater"
mode in order to exchange packets. This network was DSL.

I am sure that there was a better way.

I am going to be doing the identical setup on a two other computers (at
another location) using WindowsXP Professional / Windows Home. The only
exeption is that this system has dialup capabilities only, at this time.

Would you recommend that I use the same setup or possibly go with two
WAP54G units?
