Can;t run an executable in a shared folder

I have set the share permissions and security to full control. I can open,
delete, create any file within the folder but when I try to run the .exe I
can't a access denied, you might not the the permissions. This is driving me
crazy. Can anybody help me?

Are you run .exe file from Vista?

For troubleshooting, you may try to start the XP with clean boot.

Thanks Bob. Not sure why but it is working now. I did find some mention
about IE7 and made some changes in the security settings and I think that's
what solved the issue.
