How can i setup a FTP server behind the MN-700 router....

i tried to search the user manuel, but i can find anything
that can help me.....
this is my first time to setup the ftp behind the
router,,,, anyone can help me?

while this page is written up for a linksys router...
the general principles are the same

http://linksysftp.org/

This will get active and passive mode going on your server.

how can i find those ip address, subnet mask , default
....... to configure the static ip..?

can i find it on the Base Station Management Tool..?

Yes
it is all there.

You don't need to disable DHCP to use port forwarding with the MS routers...

In my Base Station Management tools,
it shows:
Local IP address: 192.168.2.1
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
DHCP server: Enabled

then where can i find my Default gateway, Preferred DNS
server, and Alternate DNS server address??
i am very confusing about it,,,

IP, DHCP, Scope, etc. are under LAN Settings. The router IP is
automatically registered as the primary DNS.

To specify a different remote DNS Server, set the values under WAN
Settings.
