Before plunking down nearly $200 to renew my entitlement for Red Hat
Enterprise Linux, I'd like to know definitively /if/ it can compile and/or
run Ipsec-tools-4.0...

It isn't clear to me if this is a "Linux 2.6" kernel, and thus capable of
running this software -- which I badly need to do in order to use
net-traversal. I've got the source to it but can't compile it and don't
know why.
