Hi:

www.liteon.com

Using Mozilla 1.6, Konqueror, and now trying Firefox 1.0 on Suse 9.1, I
cannot view the "Products and Services" correctly.

When placing the cursor over an item in the list on the left (after
clicking on the "Products and Services" link, such as "MP3 Player" or
"PDA" I see a sublist of items, but they appear far away from the
pointer. I cannot get to them.

If I simply click the links "MP3 Player" or "PDA" nothing happens.

If this works for others then what is the cause? Are the Suse 9.1
libraries that are used by Firefox and the other browsers, broken?

Thanks for input.

Same here with debian sarge using mozilla 1.6, konqueror, and firefox

Works with IE Ver. 6. I have to use IE to access work so please no
flames.

I guess that is why I don't purchase liteon products ;-))

Good luck.

It works OK with Firefox 1.0 and Fedora Core 3. When I put the
pointer over MP3 Player or PDA a floating menu appears. When
I select one of the options it appears a page saying:
"Under construction".

I think it's just a problem of them not having the pages prepared
yet. Not a browsers problem.

Regards.

The same thing happens with Mozilla on both Linux and Windows. I guess it's
an IE only site.

That displays properly for me with Mozilla 1.7.2 on Mandrake 10.1.

And it is these inconsistencies in the observed behavior that lead me to
believe it is a system library or other GUI configureation issue, rather
than the application itself.

Or is it related to the Java/Javascript package?

I spend all of my hours tracking down these quirks these days, and never
getting any work done.

Argh!
