can not seem one computer in the network!-HELP!!!.

I really would appreciate any help on this! thus i thank
in advance anyone with the solution.
I can not see one of the computers(named Orange) in the
network. I can see it(Orange) in other computers that
are
running windows XP or ME. any help on the cause and
solution will be gladdly appreciated!
