can not ping

hi there

i have 3 machines running xp sp2
i can ping from pc1 to pc2 and pc3
i can only ping from pc2 to pc3 but not 1
i can only ping form pc3 to pc 2 but not pc1

i tried with fix ip addresses or without
i tried with enabling/ disabling the firewall

doeas anyone have an idea what could be wrong??

I would check the firewall first.
