can not ping a laptop on a wireless connection

I can not ping my Laptop from any machine on the network, but my laptop ping
everyone. Here is my case log:
"Can not scan documents to btshudy-LPTP from the Kyocera. Tried to ping the
IP of the Laptop from a DC all timed out. Tried ping from the laptop to the
scanner it worked. tried pinging from the laptop to the DC and it worked.
This is with the wireless so I tried the wired NIC same thing. DHCP
registered correctly on both. Tried running netsh int ip reset Ipstuff.txt
from C:\Windows\system32 (see log under attach) and it made some changes, but
the laptop still can not be pinged.I ran ad-aware and reg mechanic still not
working. I also reboot each time I tried something. " All the machine are on
the same segment and I disabled the firewall. What can I do to fix this?

Try pathping command to check if the name and the ip address of laptop are
correct.
Check DHCP server to see if you have a duplicated IP address that the laptop
is using.

I checked and double checked DHCP and DNS both have single enteries and it
is the correct one. I even checked the mac address. I tried pathping and it
just told me there is 100% packet lose.
